The program of level Courses teaching staff allows a different perspective on methodological work at school, to rethink its purpose, value and result. The proposed approaches to the organization of professional support for educators: coaching, mentoring, Lesson study is based on close interaction between colleagues. The value of that is methodicaly the teacher is learner-oriented, and result - personally-meaningful professional development.
