This article examines how modern software platforms can achieve high reliability and long-term scalability by applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS). It then presents a
practical Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system implementation built on these foundations, showing how clear domain boundaries, separated read/write models, and fault-tolerant workflows create a resilient architecture capable of handling growth without performance degradation. This study systematically reviewed research on CQRS, DDD and event-driven architectures that highlight possible upsides.
