Abstract

This article is intended for primary school teachers, which refers to the Russian language study by younger students. The speech culture and the level of spelling and punctuation literacy is reviewed . Also the moments that give special importance the establishment of the textbook "Russian language" of new generation for its further application in the education and upbringing of children are reviewed.
