The relevance
of the topic is above all primarily to the introduction in educational process of the
competence approach in connection with the change of educational paradigm and a focus on targeted
development of key competences, based on the willingness of children to use learned knowledge and ways of
working in real life to solve practical problems.
Objective:
support the implementation of innovative processes in education, ensuring the effectiveness
of methodical work.
Methods:
questionnaires, additional literature, the student survey.
The result:
The application of new approaches to learning shows constant innovation in teaching.
Conclusions:
Systematize the integration of seven modules and a regular reflection of the experience increases the
effectiveness of their own practice, promotes the transition to a new level of development, and thus improves
the quality of education.
